Антропология крафтового архитектурного бюро: как идеи превращаются в проекты
Аннотация
В статье рассматривается процесс зарождения и развития архитектурного проекта в небольшом крафтовом бюро из Тюмени. Автор, опираясь на пять с половиной лет опыта работы в архитектурном бюро и данные, полученные методом включенного наблюдения (октябрь 2023-го — июнь 2024-го), анализирует специфику работы бюро, его организационную структуру, коммуникативные практики и особенности взаимодействия с заказчиками. Особое внимание уделяется роли неопределенности и диссонанса в процессе проектирования. На примере двух кейсов проекта в Башкортостане и проекта в Западной Сибири — рассматривается, как неявные представления заказчика, постоянное изменение требований и неформальные правила игры формируют траекторию развития проекта и влияют на конечный результат. Также рассматривается влияние цифровых технологий на архитектурную практику и анализируются преимущества и недостатки крафтового подхода. «Крафтовость» в архитектуре не должна означать хаос и неопределенность. Внедрение более четких организационных структур и коммуникативных процессов позволит крафтовым бюро сохранить свои сильные стороны (творческий подход, индивидуальность), повысив при этом эффективность и профессионализм.
