Порт и город: пространство потоков и пространство мест на микроуровне (на примере Пирея)
Аннотация
Пространственные взаимодействия между городами и портами формируют особые интерфейсы, динамика которых может быть описана на внутригородском уровне при помощи концепции М. Кастельса о пространствах потоков и мест. Стадиальное расширение портовой деятельности определяет переструктурирование портовых городов, сопровождающееся изменением моделей их сопряженного развития. На материале активно трансформируемого китайскими инвестиционными программами крупнейшего порта Средиземноморья Пирея предпринята попытка раздельного картографирования этих пространств и последующего анализа их взаиморасположения. Оба пространства операционализированы через характерные типы объектов, плотность которых показывает структуру исследуемых пространств. В областях пересечения пространств мест и грузовых потоков формируются пространственно-временные разрывы, локализующие конфликт между двумя территориально разнесенными и различными по объему власти взглядами на город: местных сплоченных акторов через сплошное самоценное территориально-замкнутое пространство мест и внешней трансконтинентальной логистической корпорации, стремящейся к оптимизации автоматизированного движения грузов. Пространственная логика такого конфликта не уникальна для Пирея, поэтому разработанный подход может быть применим к анализу планировочных решений при расширении логистической деятельности в других портовых городах для минимизации вызываемых ими пространственных конфликтов.
